If you enjoy history then Mhondoro can arrange a day trip for you to be transported back into the period when the San people inhabited Welgevonden. Here you will be able to view some of the only surviving rock paintings and art forms from the San people in the Waterberg region. Although this is not quite bushveld hiking it is a worthwhile expedition to learn more about the history of the area.
After the hike
