THE YOGA & WELLNESS PROGRAMME
To get the maximum health benefit from juice fasting, we recommend a special diet three days before starting the fasting programme. In those three days, the diet advice will be ‘no sugar, meat, coffee and alcohol’, and smaller portions will give you a better start to the yoga & wellness programme. After the three fasting days, we recommend three days of building back up to a normal diet. Again, we advise the same diet recommendations as the first 3 days before fasting. By following this regimen, your body will take most benefit from the yoga & wellness programme. Besides the three juice fasting days there is also a choice for healthy food. The healthy food is offered to people who would like to detoxify less strict.
The yoga & wellness programme consists of (25 to 30 June 2018 & 25 to 30 November 2018):
- Phasing 3 days
- Juice fasting 3 days
- Building 3 days
Via email, you will receive all the information detailing what you can and cannot eat. During this exclusive yoga & wellness programme, you will participate in food and yoga workshops so that you not only will know what yoga and food exactly mean and do for your body, but we will also teach you how to be mindful about food.
NO WORRIES ABOUT DEFICIT
Wrongly, many people are worried about receiving enough nutrients during juice fasting. It is a different starting point, namely to let the digestive system rest and be cleaned. Remember, a poorly functioning digestive system absorbs nutrients with great difficulty, which means many rich nutrients are lost. By actively follow the yoga & wellness programme, your digestive system will be cleansed and therefore stimulated to absorb nutrients in a more active way.
